Jangan Baca Ini Kalo Ngaku Romantis

Terus terang, sebelum ikut kursus, gue sama sekali buta soal lagu-lagu berbahasa Spanyol.

Perbendaharaan lagu yang gue punya paling cuma ’Yo Te Amo’-nya Chayenne, ‘La Copa De La Vida’ milik si ganteng -but too bad, gay- Ricky Martin, sebaris reff ‘Close To Heaven-‘ Color Me Badd serta duet maut pasutri Marc Anthony-Jennifer Lopes, ‘No Me Ames’. Itupun cuma ngarti dikit-dikit doank dan nggak ngebikin gue jadi tergila-gila en ngoyo cari lagu-lagu berbahasa Spanyol yang lain.

Semua kemudian berubah, waktu gue ikut lagi kursus tahun 2009 lalu di Aula Cervantes. Gue banyak dikenalkan dengan lagu-lagu lain yang kalau ditelaah arti dan maknanya, dalam banget.

Well, mungkin seperti yang pernah dijelaskan Professor Advent, orang Spanyol itu emang begitu mudah meluapkan perasaan mereka. Satu contoh yang pernah dia kasih, salah satu teman Spanyolnya pernah menyebutkan kalau ia mencintai pacarnya seperti senangnya ia kalau mencium segarnya bau roti yang baru saja keluar dari oven. Kalau secara logika Indonesia, pastilah kita tak bisa menangkap kadar cinta si orang Spanyol tersebut.

Luapan cinta lain yang mungkin unusual juga buat kita adalah cara orang-orang Perancis memanggil orang-orang tercinta mereka. Seorang professeur di CCF pernah menjelaskan kalau rasa sayang ditunjukkan penghuni Negeri Anggur ini melalui sesuatu yang kecil.

Contohnya gini, teman gue menyebut anak bayinya ‘Ma Puce’, yang kalau di-Indonesia-kan, artinya ‘Kutu-ku’. Ada juga yang menyebut ‘mon poulet – ayamku-’, ‘mon chat –kucingku-’ dan lain-lain. Pokoknya segala binatang, tanaman dan buah yang bentuknya kecil-kecil bisa mereka pakai untuk menyapa orang-orang tercinta. Bingung kan?

Back to topic yah. Beberapa hari terakhir ini, gue lagi senang-senangnya ngedengerin lagu-lagu berbahasa Spanyol. Entah itu lagunya Ricky Martin, Luis Fonsi dan juga penyanyi yang lainnya. Terus terang, lirik-lirik lagu mereka itu ‘BUKAN MAIN’, kalau minjam istilah Abang. Pengungkapan isi hati di dalam lagu-lagu tersebut memang begitu simple dan straight to the point, tapi kesederhanaannya itulah yang ngebuat lagu-lagu tersebut menjadi begitu romantis.
